This show will be a sellout\, so don’t procrastinate on getting your tickets!\n\n\nNazareth rose from playing the pubs\, clubs and dance halls of their native Scotland to\nbecome one of the most successful rock bands in the world.\nThey were pioneers who took Scottish rock international paving the way for the many\nother great Scottish bands like Simple Minds\, Texas\, Big Country\, Del Amitri\, etc.\nThe original four members first came together in Pete Agnew’s band\n“The Shadettes” in 1968\, changed the name to ‘Nazareth’ in 1970 and from then went\non to record a string of hits worldwide.\nHaving recently released their 25th studio album (Surviving The Law) the band have\nbeen creating new music since the early 70’s right up to the present day and their\nrepertoire features hits spanning five decades.\n\nSongs like ‘Broken Down Angel’ – ‘Bad Bad Boy’ – ‘Turn On Your Receiver’ – \n‘My White Bicycle’ all made their mark on the world charts alongside the mega hits\n‘Dream On’ – ‘This Flight Tonight’ – ‘Hair Of The Dog’ and the one and only\n‘Love Hurts’.\nNot only have the band gained a massive following of fans\, many great artists claim that\nNazareth had a big influence on them with some even recording Nazareth songs.\n(Guns N’ Roses with ‘Hair Of The Dog’ and Metallica with ‘Please Don’t Judas Me’).\nBut although gratefully acknowledging the accolades for their recorded work\, Nazareth\nattribute their success mainly to touring\, touring and more touring and are still touring\nwith no intentions of ever stopping.\n\nTHE LINEUP TODAY CONSISTS OF:\nPETE AGNEW (bass player and original founding member)\nJIMMY MURRISON (longest serving guitarist in Nazareth’s history)\nLEE AGNEW (drummer since Darrel Sweet’s death in 1999)\nCARL SENTANCE (vocalist since 2015 after Dan McCafferty retired due to ill health)\n\n‘\nTHE BABYS\nBorn in 1975\, THE BABYS took on the classic rock world with a full stage musical experience\, giving rise to what quickly came to be known as their ‘signature sound’. THE BABYS had several Billboard chart-climbers that helped launch them into worldwide recognition\, carving out their permanent place in music history.
